Creative Specialist

A Real Estate Media Contractor (“Creative Specialist”) will have the opportunity to assist with the in-field production of real estate marketing solutions for Aerial Canvas. Tasks include but are not limited to real estate photography, videography, 3D scanning, aerial drone photography/videography, file management, and etc.

A Creative Specialist utilizes their creative abilities to ensure client satisfaction while upholding the aesthetic

• Refined photography, videography, and drone operation skills
• FAA Part 107 Drone License required
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Experience in the Real Estate media industry preferred
• Dropbox systems knowledge preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in professional or independent creative contracting work

• Moving about to accomplish tasks or traveling from one worksite to another
• Adjusting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions
• Repeating motions that may include the arms, wrists, hand, and/or fingers
• Operating light machinery and/or electronic equipment
• Assessing the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned
• Standing for extended periods of time
