Creative Specialist


JOB TITLE: Creative Specialist DEPARTMENT: Creative Specialists REPORTS TO: Manager, Creative Specialists SUMMARY A Creative Specialist (CS) is responsible for the in-field production of our real estate marketing solutions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to photography, videography, 3D scanning, aerial drone operation, file management, and etcetera. A Creative Specialist utilizes their creative abilities to ensure client satisfaction while upholding the aesthetic standards and core values of Aerial Canvas. They are expected to have strong communication skills, be detail obsessive, and excel in time management. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Complete photo, video, drone, and 3D services on site for clients.
  • Upload footage and communicate any and applicable field notes to respective team members.
  • Identify and determine the best creative solutions while completing our services.
  • Travel to and from shoots in a timely manner.
  • Communicate vision and expectations to clients on-site and remotely.
  • Prepare, maintain, and manage company equipment.
  • Maintain calendar accuracy for time tracking purposes.
  • Oversee listing solutions from start to finish.
  • Maintain responsive and consistent communication across departments.

  • Offer solutions consultations for in-field upgrades.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Operations Specialist


JOB TITLE: Operations Specialist DEPARTMENT: Operations REPORTS TO: Operations Manager SUMMARY An Operations Specialist is responsible for coordinating and addressing internal and external inquiries to ensure that projects are moved to completion. They facilitate internal and external communications for deliverables, coordinate assigning tasks to team members, and work closely with other departments. An Operations Specialist supports with building guides and standard operating procedures to organize information and improve efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee marketing content deliverables and implement quality assurance reviews.
  • Address customer questions and general inquiries via email and calls.
  • Create resources and guides for clients.
  • Facilitate client onboarding process.
  • Manage and provide consultation for print and design assets.
  • Identify system improvements and implement standard operating procedures.
  • Pilot new software and support in providing guidelines for implementation.

Video Editor


JOB TITLE: Video Editor DEPARTMENT: Post-Production REPORTS TO: Manager, Post-Production SUMMARY A Video Editor (VE) is responsible for making sure they are completing 2-3 projects a day - not only does the video editor have to be efficient but each editor is responsible for their quality control before delivering each project to our clients. You will be making sure you are checking Tonomo for project updates and communicating with the Project Manager(s) and Administrative Department to ensure that all assets are approved for final delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Edit 2-3 videos a day.
  • Communicate with clients for music choice (if needed).
  • Collaborate with Operations & Project Management Department.
  • Move projects from in-progress to completed on both Tonomo & Monday.
  • Create and add animated text and motion graphics to branded videos.
  • Upload videos to Dropbox and Vimeo.
  • Occasionally upload videos to clients' websites and send out deliverables to the clients.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong collaboration skills, team focused.
  • Comfortable with Adobe Premiere & DaVinci Resolve.
  • Strong creative mind to work alone and deliver results.
  • Ability to simplify communication (verbally and as a visual storyteller).
  • Understand deliverables across multi-platforms and aspect ratios.

Solutions Specialist


JOB TITLE: Solutions Specialist DEPARTMENT: Solutions and Business Development REPORTS TO: Manager, Solutions SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated candidate who has a deep understanding of sales and client relations, and a passion for getting things done. As a Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for connecting with a wide range of clients to sell the services & products of Aerial Canvas. You will be in charge of developing good relationships with clients, proposing solutions for their listings, and promoting interest in other services including creative projects. You will be in charge of moving each lead through our sales process as well as helping to onboard and transition clients to our Project Management team. It is a great role for those who thrive within a fast-paced, often ambiguous, start-up environment. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prospect and contact potential customers.
  • Maintain follow-up through text and email.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact through onboarding and transitioning to project management.

Recruiting Coordinator


JOB TITLE: Recruiting Coordinator (Remote) DEPARTMENT: Human Resources REPORTS TO: Talent Acquisition Lead SUMMARY We are hiring a Recruiting Coordinator (RC) to join our Talent Acquisition team. The Recruiting Coordinator will help manage our full candidate lifecycle while maintaining a best-in-class candidate experience, help promote our workplace culture, share value propositions during the recruiting process, drive process improvements, help with overall talent retention, moderate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as but not limited to: employee attrition, offer acceptance rate, quality of hire, time to hire, and the cost of hire. JOB TITLE: Video Editor DEPARTMENT: Post-Production REPORTS TO: Manager, Post-Production SUMMARY A Video Editor (VE) is responsible for making sure they are completing 2-3 projects a day - not only does the video editor have to be efficient but each editor is responsible for their quality control before delivering each project to our clients. You will be making sure you are checking Tonomo for project updates and communicating with the Project Manager(s) and Administrative Department to ensure that all assets are approved for final delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Edit 2-3 videos a day.
  • Communicate with clients for music choice (if needed).
  • Collaborate with Operations & Project Management Department.
  • Move projects from in-progress to completed on both Tonomo & Monday.
  • Create and add animated text and motion graphics to branded videos.
  • Upload videos to Dropbox and Vimeo.
  • Occasionally upload videos to clients' websites and send out deliverables to the clients.
