With our "Stories" video campaign, we're highlighting the experiences of characters within real estate. Whether they're home buyers, home sellers, agents, homes or communities. There are stories to be told. Our goal is to let emotions drive business.

 

Client Stories is about sharing the journey of a homeowner’s experience with their home and the realtor. By sharing authentic dialogue with the homeowner, we are able to reinforce the realtor’s brand with their target audience.

What to expect on production day:

  1. Filming (Up to 5 hours)

    1. Homeowner Interview (20-minutes)

    2. Homeowner & Realtor filming (Interior & Exterior)

    3. Home filming

 

 

 

 

 

Process & Expectations

 

How we work:

  1. Development

    1. Develop the vision with the realtor

    2. Calendar the pertinent dates

    3. Develop & approve the Script

  2. Pre-Production

    1. Develop the Master Shot List

    2. Develop the Mood Board

  3. Production (1 Day)

    1. Conduct Homeowner Interview

    2. Film Homeowner scenes

    3. Film Homeowner & Realtor scenes

    4. Establishing Shots, B-Roll, & Inserts

  4. Post-Production

    1. Director will oversee editor throughout the process

Important values needed during a real estate business relationship

  1. How would you describe the home buying/selling process?

  2. What values do you look for in a realtor?

 

Relationship with Realtor

  1. How did you meet your realtor?

  2. What was your experience like working with your realtor?

  3. What is your communication style and how did your realtor fit into that?

  4. What were some challenges you had during the process and how did your realtor help you overcome them?

  5. How would you summarize your home buying timeline from beginning to end?

 

Values and Realtor

  1. What do you think sets your realtor aside from other agents?

  2. If you had to describe your realtor in one word, what would it be and why?

  3. Who might you refer your realtor to and why?

COVID-19 Guidelines & Action Plan

We follow the same health protocols across all our solutions. We care about our client's and crews health and safety.

 

As per CDC and WHO guidelines, everyone is required to do the following:

  1. Wear a mask at all times when not on camera. During filming, mask can be taken off for the limited time.

  2. Social distancing of 6ft for all talent and crew.
